Proper nutrition
We had another speech about healthy diet. The
nutritionist said that we should eat fruits rather than drink their juice, we should prefer olive oil, and we should eat sweets only once a week. Finally she said that we must include vegetables, legumes and fish in our diet.
At the end we each got a banana.

This is the constant fight we have with children. They have difficulties when eating veggies or fish.
