ICE HOCKEY´s MOOD IN EVERY SLOVAK HOUSE!!!!

Hope, it´s not boring for all of you to read lately every day our ice-hockey news, just..

Ice hockey is by far  the most popular sport in the world, even our national sport. The Slovak's have not medaled since winning a bronze in 2003. And what happend today?????

SVK SHUTOUT CZE and tomorrow - the final match!

Look how it looks in Slovakia:
The day of our win with CAN coach of our representation celebrated his birthday - so was the biggest gift for him.

The next curiosity: Our coach is Czech and today he led us to win with CZE. Well, news reporters asked him if he will be not renvoyed from his country in the case of win for SVK :)

BTW, our priest today celebrated his 50 (a big fan of ice hockey), bishop here and a pretty big amount of priests, and he asked us to sing one national song to Holy Mary like a prayer to win :)

Members of our hockey team are trully very young - average is less then 29. We had had before star´s stuff, but this year more than half of players participate in I I H F for first time. So such a big surprise!  Congratulation to them!

Doesn´t matter tomorrow´s result, you are winners for all slovak folk!
